Complimentary standard shipping

JUGRE covers standard shipping for website purchases to destinations we serve worldwide, except for the U.S. remote-area delivery charge described below. Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout.

U.S. remote-area delivery

A flat US$49.99 remote-area delivery charge per order applies when a U.S. shipping address is classified as remote by the carrier and service used for that delivery. It is a JUGRE flat charge, not a statement of the carrier’s exact cost.

We use FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS as appropriate. Remote-area classifications depend on the applicable carrier, service and current postal-code or address rules; the lists are not interchangeable. USPS destinations are assessed under the applicable USPS service rules rather than another carrier’s remote-area list.

Please contact ethan.liu@jugre.com before completing your purchase if you need confirmation of remote-area status. If the applicable charge is not included in your checkout total, we will confirm it with you and obtain your agreement before dispatch. No additional charge will be collected without your approval.
