Warranty Policy
One-year basic warranty
New JUGRE product purchases include a one-year basic warranty at no additional charge. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Optional extended coverage
- US$39.99 per product unit: add one year, for two years of total coverage.
- US$49.99 per product unit: add two years, for three years of total coverage.
Choose one plan when purchasing the covered product. Each plan is an optional, one-time payment, with no automatic renewal. Extended coverage begins immediately after the included one-year warranty expires and follows the same scope of coverage.
Coverage applies to the product unit identified on the same order. Select one extension per product unit you wish to cover. The order records the covered product and SKU.

Contact ethan.liu@jugre.com with your order number, product SKU, a description of the issue and relevant photos or video. Keep your purchase confirmation and warranty line item as proof of coverage.
Earlier purchases and statutory rights
Orders placed before this update retain the warranty terms offered at the time of purchase. This policy does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
